BULKAMID®
Bulkamid is a minimally invasive treatment for stress urinary incontinence (leaking with activities such as coughing, laughing, or jumping on a trampoline). It is a 15 min in-office procedure where a gel is injected into the wall of the urethra (the tube that empties the bladder) to reduce or eliminate urinary leaking. Complications are rare and include a possible bladder infection or difficulty emptying your bladder. The results last up to 7 years or more.
