Personalized, Patient-Centered Care

We take the time to help women understand their bodies, understand their diagnosis, and understand their treatment options. Because informed patients make confident decisions…and confident decisions lead to better outcomes.

Specialized Focus Beyond Pregnancy

We focus exclusively on gynecology, urogynecology, pelvic health, and menopause, giving women expert care for the phases after childbirth.

Advanced Surgical & Minimally Invasive Options

From endometrial ablation to hysterectomy and pelvic organ prolapse repair, we offer advanced treatment options designed to restore comfort and confidence.

Education-First Approach

We believe informed women make confident decisions. We take time to explain your diagnosis, your options, and what to expect so you feel empowered, not overwhelmed.

Menopause & Hormonal Expertise

With certified menopause practitioners on our team, we provide evidence-based hormone and non-hormone options tailored to your individual needs.

Comprehensive Pelvic Health Care

We address bladder control, prolapse, pelvic pain, and sexual health concerns — issues that are common but often under-treated.

A Supportive, Judgment-Free Environment

We create a calm, comfortable space where women feel safe discussing even the most personal health concerns.

Insurance & Accessibility

We accept many major insurance plans including Blue Cross Blue Shield, Select Health, Medicare, and others. Cash pay options are also available.

Women’s Health Care Designed for the Phases After Pregnancy

Most OB/GYN clinics are built around pregnancy and childbirth. Phase II Center for Women’s Health focuses on the phases that come after, when symptoms, hormones, and pelvic health become more complex and deserve specialized care.

We do not practice obstetrics, which means:

  • No rushed appointments between deliveries
  • No waiting rooms full of OB patients
  • More time for evaluation, questions, and planning
  • Treatment options tailored to the phase of life you’re in

This model allows us to provide comprehensive gynecology, urogynecology, and menopausal care—with an emphasis on restoring comfort, confidence, and quality of life.

what people are saying

patient reviews

Dr. Jones & staff were more than excellent. Extreme my helpful, patient, personable & the list goes on. This was my first Pap smear that I whole heartedly left feeling so seen, heard & supported. If your choosing where to go for your gyn, look no further, seriously.

I’ve been seeing Dr. Graul for the past 12 years, and I can’t speak highly enough of the care and attention she provides. From day one, she has always taken the time to truly listen and understand my concerns. What sets Dr. Graul apart is not only her deep knowledge as a gynecologist, but also her ability to communicate clearly and offer advice that is both practical and comforting. She has consistently guided me with genuine care and insight, always considering the bigger picture for ongoing support and well-being.

The women that work here are so good! They are very knowledgeable. I didn’t know a place for just gyn existed, but this is so needed! All women should have a gyn and women’s health nurse practitioner to help us with our specific health concerns. I’m going to send all my friend here!

Dr. Graul is incredible. She listened to all my concerns and needs and made it happen. I had been looking for a doctor for almost 10 years to do a hysterectomy and she is the first to say yes. It was the best decision. Recovery was a breeze. I didn’t take any major pain killers other than ibuprofen after day 3 and was back to work full time after 1 week. Highly recommend Dr. Graul!

I went in for an IUD replacement, so I was already a bit nervous, but Angela was so kind and helped me feel a lot more comfortable. Before the procedure, she answered all of my questions and never made me feel like what I was asking was a dumb question (which has happened with other doctors I’ve seen) and the procedure itself was very quick. I would absolutely recommend her!

I highly recommend her! Dr. Graul is experienced, straightforward, and understanding. She reassures her patients, and helps them to feel more confident with their options. She is laid back, yet she doesn’t waste an ounce of her patient’s time. She offered many resonable solutions to issues I was concerned about, and let me make the final decision. She made a point with her staff to reschedule me for a time and date that worked for my crazy insurance deadline.

Advanced Treatment Options for Lasting Relief

Our providers offer both nonsurgical and surgical treatment options, depending on your symptoms and goals. When conservative options aren’t enough, advanced treatments can dramatically improve pelvic function and daily comfort.

Common procedures we perform include:

  • Endometrial Ablation: For heavy or prolonged periods—even when medications or IUDs haven’t helped
  • Hysterectomy (Minimally Invasive Options Available): For fibroids, bleeding, endometriosis, prolapse, or other gynecologic conditions
  • Pelvic Organ Prolapse Repair: Restores anatomy and reduces pelvic pressure or bulging
  • Sacral Nerve Stimulation (SNS): For overactive bladder and urinary incontinence when standard approaches fall short
  • BOTOX® for Overactive Bladder: Targets bladder overactivity to reduce urgency, frequency, and leakage

We start with education and conservative strategies—but when surgery is the right answer, our goal is to make that decision clear, supported, and confident.
