Welcome to Phase II Center for Women’s Health, a practice devoted to providing quality care to women as they travel through the various phases of their lives. As a female-led business, we offer care backed by experience. You’ll be welcome by our friendly staff the moment you walk through our doors. Once our women’s health specialists are ready, you’ll be called back into one of our treatment rooms so a personalized treatment plan can be created to address your concerns. Schedule an appointment in our office today to take the next step toward a healthier life.

Our Vision is to create a safe and healing environment both physically and emotionally for women, by women, while providing mutual respect and support to achieve wellness.

Financing & Insurance

At Phase II Center for Women’s Health, we accept cash, checks, many credit cards, and debit cards for payment. While each patient is ultimately responsible for payment for the services they have asked us to perform, we also accept many insurance plans and also have contracted with some third-party financing companies so patients can receive the medical care they need with payments that meet their budget.

At our practice, we understand the importance of making personal care accessible and affordable for everyone. That’s why we work closely with you — and with most major insurance providers — to help you make the most of your benefits. We’re proud to be in-network with several leading health insurance carriers, including Blue Cross Blue Shield, Select Health, and Medicare plans.
